Entrata announced the hire of Scott Allan as Senior Vice President of Sales. Allan joins the company with decades of sales experience in the property technology industry and will play a key role in fueling Entrata's customer growth. Allan previously held marketing and sales leadership positions at several of the property technology industry’s largest companies including RealPage, Yardi and G5. He most recently served as the Chief Growth Officer of REPLI, where he oversaw the company’s sales and marketing departments.

The partners of Dayrise Residential LLC announced Gary Fowler has been elected company President. For the past five years, Fowler has served as Executive Vice President and CFO. His previous experience includes work with Greystar, The Finger Companies, Arcadian Real Estate Group, Mainspring Partners, Homegate Hospitality and David Weekley Homes. Fowler has more than 25 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar financial operations, developing and executing strategic business plans and implementing accounting processes.

Position Imaging announced the addition of Lucas Carvalho as Senior Vice President of Operations. Carvalho will lead all global operations, service, fulfillment and human resources across all of Position Imaging’s business units. Before joining Position Imaging, Carvalho, in his role as Executive Vice President of Corporate Resources, spent 17 years leading the team at BAMSI. Under his leadership, the company’s revenue grew from approximately $30M to $100M.

Knock CRM announced the additions of Jen Chestnutt as Vice President of Marketing and Alex Griffis as Vice President of Product. Prior to joining Knock, Chestnutt served as a marketing leader for Griffis Residential, Aimco and Flournoy Properties. As Vice President of Product, Griffis is responsible for leading Knock’s product management, user experience and data science departments to deliver innovative product solutions to customers and the multifamily space. Prior to joining Knock, Griffis led the product organization at Unanet as VP of Product to help solve customer problems through ERP and CRM software.

EDEN Multifamily opened a new regional office in the Charlotte, N.C., area and named industry executive Scott Phillips as the new Senior Vice President – Mid-Atlantic Development. He brings more than three decades of commercial real estate and banking experience to the company. Prior to joining EDEN, Phillips spent 27 years with Bank of America, ascending to a leadership role with the bank’s East Region executive team catering to commercial real estate companies. He also served as Senior Vice President for Acquisitions and Development with Charlotte-based Lat Purser & Associates and was a real estate broker.

Hector Prado   •   Artist in Residency   •  The Altman Companies   •   Miami

The Altman Companies announced that it has selected internationally acclaimed pop artist Hector Prado for its “Artist in Residency” Program at Altís Ludlam Trail, a mixed-use, six-story apartment building in Miami. Prado has been chosen to exhibit at the Louvre in Paris in the fall as part of the museum’s “New Emerging Masters” Carrousel exhibit. Prado now can create and display his art onsite and engage with residents through monthly artistic events. Prado’s artwork is recognized internationally by collectors and corporate brands. Born and raised in Colombia, his work has garnered much critical acclaim, earning recognition at events such as the Cannes Festival and the Emmy Awards.
