NAAPAC Williams Circle
The Williams Circle is named after Brad Williams, a visionary leader within the rental housing industry. This elite tier of donors has contributed $5,000, the maximum allowed by federal law, to NAAPAC for five consecutive years.
The Williams Circle serves as a lasting tribute to the extraordinary Brad Williams, who dedicated four remarkable decades to advocating for the rental housing industry. His impactful leadership roles as President of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Texas Apartment Association, culminating in his tenure as Chairman of the Board for the National Apartment Association (NAA), have left a significant legacy. In recognition of his steadfast commitment and many years of service, NAA proudly honored Brad with a Lifetime Achievement Award shortly before his unexpected passing in 2021.
Brad Williams deeply recognized the crucial role a strong National Apartment Association Political Action Committee (NAAPAC) plays in effectively amplifying NAA's voice on Capitol Hill. He passionately championed NAAPAC's mission and had a vision for its future, aspiring for it to generate over $1 million in support. Through the consistent and generous support of dedicated NAA members like yourselves, NAAPAC proudly surpassed that significant $1 million fundraising milestone in 2022. Now, building on that success, NAAPAC is steadily approaching an even more ambitious fundraising goal of $1.1 million in 2025, further strengthening our collective impact.
Today, we want to extend our deepest and sincere gratitude to the following 34 exceptional NAAPAC supporters who have demonstrated an extraordinary level of dedication to our mission. Their commitment is exemplified by their consistent investment at the Platinum level for five consecutive years, including their continued generous support in 2026. This ongoing dedication, which so closely mirrors Brad's visionary leadership, is truly invaluable to our efforts and to the future of the rental housing industry.
Thank you all for your unwavering commitment and steadfast support of NAAPAC and its vital mission.
