The National Apartment Association's (NAA) advocacy mission includes providing our advocates with the most up-to-date information on the federal regulatory and legislative proposals impacting rental housing providers. NAA also tracks state and local activity of national significance, highlighting our affiliate network's advocacy priorities. Knowing what is being proposed and by who is the first step in ensuring the voice of the industry is heard by policymakers as they deliberate, and to positively impact those deliberations.
