All registrants will be able to pick up their badges and conference materials at the Attendee Registration area at the conference.
Any badges that need to be reprinted on-site for any reason will be charged a mandatory $200 fee. No exceptions.
Badges and other registration materials will not be distributed to any registrant that has not paid in full.
Only NAA members in good standing will received the published NAA member rate. The non-member rate will be applied to all registrations that do not include a NAA member number. All membership status questions should be directed to 833-86-MYNAA.
All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by 11:59 p.m. PST May 27, 2026 and are subject to a $50 substitution fee. A letter from the original registrant must be accompanied by the substitution request. After May 25, 2027, all changes must be processed on-site in New Orleans and are subject to the $50 administrative fee per name
All cancellations are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. PST on February 5, 2028 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between February 5 and April 30, 2027 will receive a 50% refund (administrative fee not applied). NO REFUNDS will be permitted after April 30, 2027. All requests for cancelation must be submitted in writing to NAA Registration at naaapartmentalizereg@spargoinc.com.
- Balance Dues: Badges and other registration materials will not be distributed to any registrant that has not paid in full.
- No one under 18 will be permitted in the NAA Exposition Hall.
- No one under 21 is allowed to attend the Thursday Night Concert.

NAA Statement of Appropriate Conduct and Community Guidelines
The National Apartment Association (NAA) appreciates the opportunity to have members of the press attend and report on its annual conference and trade show, Apartmentalize. Applications will open on January 20, 2027. Please review the guidelines and submit your application.
