With more than two decades' experience in real estate and investment, NAA is excited to announce this year's keynote speaker is Teo Nicolais, President of Nicolais, LLC and lecturer at Harvard University. In addition to investing in rental housing in the Metro Denver area, Teo also served as Vice President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Colorado Apartment Association.
