NAAPAC is off to a strong start this year, continuing to make powerful strides for our industry! Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve already raised more than $67,000 in January 2026. This momentum follows our success in 2025, when NAAPAC surpassed its fundraising goal by bringing in approximately $1.12 million against a goal of $1.1 million.

The past year was particularly dynamic, with 94 exceptional individuals stepping up as Platinum-level donors. Among them, 31 Williams Circle members contributed to NAAPAC for five consecutive years, a remarkable testament to their dedication. Already in 2026, 18 members have pledged or reinvested at the Platinum level, reflecting a deep belief in our shared mission. Your leadership and support empower NAAPAC to advocate boldly and effectively for the rental housing industry, amplifying our voice and impact nationwide.

Our supplier members have also shown incredible generosity, playing a key role in our success. In 2025, 1,007 donors from 676 supplier partners contributed an impressive $478,820 to NAAPAC - far exceeding the $410,000 supplier goal. This included 18 Platinum-level donors (three of whom are Williams Circle members), two Gold-level, 109 Silver-level and 175 Bronze-level supporters. To all our supplier partners and members - thank you. Your unwavering commitment is not only appreciated; it is essential. We deeply value your partnership and look forward to continuing this journey together.
