The Income/Expense IQ website has been shut down and benchmark data is no longer available for access effective Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
No, you can no longer purchase new benchmarks effective December 31, 2025.
Complimentary benchmarks are also no longer available.
NAA is evaluating all options and will provide more information in the future. To access additional industry resources, visit the research section of NAA’s website for the latest rental housing data.
All benchmarks are no longer available for purchase and cannot be accessed as the LobbyCRE site has been shutdown effective December 31, 2025.
Unfortunately, the Income/Expense IQ website, hosted on the Lobby CRE platform, has permanently been shut down, all access to your benchmark dashboards has been removed and all content was disabled effective Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
