Lori Agudo, Director of Training & Talent Development, CAM, NAAEI Faculty, brings over 17 years of multifamily industry experience and seven years as an industry educator. She oversees training programs, serves on various industry committees, including AAGO and SCAA boards, and holds a CAM designation. Lori is dedicated to professional development and education within the industry.
Chris Caramanica
Chris Caramanica, CAMT +E,+L is the Director of Facilities at WinnCompanies, responsible for maintenance and facility operations across a portfolio of 80 sites, 10,000+ units in 265+ buildings located in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He serves on multiple NAA committees for 2025, is a NAAEI Faculty Member, a member of the CAMT Advisory Board, a NAAEI Board of Directors representative from Region 2, and a NAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate. Additionally, he hosts a podcast with the Multifamily Media Network.
Stephanie Loyd
Stephanie Loyd CAM, CAS, NAAEI Faculty is a National Account Executive with Smart Apartment Data and has been an active contributor to the multifamily industry for over 14 years. She is an active participant in her state association with service on multiple committees, as well as serving on committees within NAA & NAAEI. Stephanie is passionate about education. She is a NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate and the inaugural recipient of the NAA Rising Star Award.
