Chris Caramanica

Chris Caramanica, CAMT +E,+L, Director of Facilities for WinnCompanies, has over two decades of experience managing facility operations and maintenance across 80 sites and over 10,000 apartment homes in more than 265 buildings located in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is currently active in multiple NAA committees, acting as an NAAEI Faculty Member, sitting on the CAMT Advisory Board, representing Region 2 on the NAAEI Board of Directors and is a graduate of NAA’s Leadership Lyceum. Additionally, Chris hosts a podcast for the Multifamily Media Network. He holds a B.S. in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from Ithaca College.

Celine Williams, President of Celine M. Williams Services, has over two decades in rental housing experience, focusing on conventional and affordable housing. She currently helps property owners operate communities to maximize income, provide quality housing and maintain compliance with local, state and federal requirements. Celine has been responsible for affordable housing projects throughout Texas and specializes in HUD NSPRIE inspections and low-income housing tax credit compliance. She served as a board member for NAA, the Texas Apartment Association and San Antonio Apartment Association. Celine holds a B.B.A. in Management and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
