Standard Rates
Booth prices per 10x10 booth space used. For example, a 10x20 booth uses two 10x10's, so multiply the rate below times 2x for the booth cost.

  • NAA Member Company: $4,600
  • Non-Member Company: $5,600*

  • Inline booths (10x10 – 10x30) do receive an eight (8) foot high back wall and three (3) foot high sidewall(s) to separate space from other exhibitors.

What's Included?

The Exhibitor Dashboard is the hub for all information and resources exhibitors need for Apartmentalize. The items listed below on this page can all be accessed from the Exhibitor Dashboard, and it should be the first stop for any questions related to exhibiting.

Access to the Exhibitor Dashboard is provided to exhibitors with a fully paid booth invoice and signed exhibit booth contract.

Exhibitor badge registration is managed by Spargo and is accessed from the Exhibitor Dashboard. Do not register booth staff through the Registration page listed on the Apartmentalize website as this is for attendee registration only.

Each exhibiting company receives three (3) complimentary exhibitor booth personnel badges per 10’x10’ booth space (i.e. 10’x20’ booth = 6 complimentary exhibitor booth personnel badges). Exhibitor booth personnel badges provide access to the Wednesday Welcome Reception and the expo floor on Thursday and Friday.

  • Additional exhibitor booth personnel badges can be purchased for $99 each.
  • Thursday Night Party tickets (all inclusive event) can be added on to any exhibitor personnel badge for $225
  • Upgrade Option: Exhibitors can purchase exhibitor full conference badges for $475 each. These badges provide exhibit staff with full access to Apartmentalize including education sessions and the Thursday Night Party.

  • Basic exhibitor listing in show directory on the website and mobile app.
  • Marketing Dashboard provided by Feathr.
    • Social share graphics, email invites, and registration discount codes for client invites. Accessible from the Exhibitor Dashboard.
  • Monthly Exhibitor Newsletters, starting in November 2024, with important information and updates.
  • Free NAA Exhibitor Resource Center with exhibit management tools, planning exercises, on-demand webinars, articles and more.
    • Following along with the guidelines, planning for the event should begin shortly after 1/1/2025, but we encourage planning well in advance using the resources available.

Fern is the Show Decorator for Apartmentalize and handles much of the exhibitor fulfillment. The OneView Marketplace has its own checklist of items to review and complete before arrival in Las Vegas. Access to the OneView Marketplace will be provided by Fern upon booth invoice payment and completed exhibit booth contract.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are available for exhibitors at Apartmentalize to enhance your brand awareness throughout the event. Sponsorship items will be available in November 2024.

To secure a sponsorship, you must be a member of the National Suppliers Council (NSC). NSC membership is available to NAA Member companies and is a $1,700 annual membership in addition to dues paid to your NAA Affiliate. NSC member companies also have access to other benefits:

  • Complimentary Attendee Opt-in List with contact information
  • Priority Hotel registration for Apartmentalize 2025
  • Priority Booth selection for Apartmentalize 2026 (New Orleans)
  • Designation as an NSC Member in the show directory
  • NSC Member booth stickers
  • Access to NSC Member meeting rooms on the show floor at the NSC Booth

Recommended for brands and organizations developing a U.S. market strategy or wanting to test audience feedback at Apartmentalize.
