ARLINGTON, Va. | January 23, 2024 – Jeannette Cox, CAPS, CAM, Chief Operating Officer with Oddo Development, has officially started her term as 2024 National Apartment Association (NAA) Treasurer. In November, she was formally installed at NAA’s Assembly of Delegates in San Diego.
Cox has served with Oddo Development since 2003. The company specializes in commercial, industrial, residential and multifamily development, construction and management. She is a recognized speaker on industry trends and operations, active in legislative affairs and an influential member of the community.
In addition to vast industry experience with Oddo Development, Cox has been an active volunteer at all levels of NAA for nearly 20 years. In addition to serving as a Regional Vice President for NAA, Cox has chaired numerous committees at NAA including membership, next generation, technology and Apartmentalize. A proud member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City, Cox served as their President from 2011-2012.
