Richmond’s Brian Chase Joins NAA Board Leadership

ARLINGTON, Va. | January 23, 2024 – Brian Chase, Founder and Principal of Landmark Property Services, Inc. in Richmond, Va., has officially joined the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Board of Directors as 2024 Secretary. Chase was formally installed at NAA’s Assembly of Delegates, held in San Diego last November.

Chase has vast experience across the rental housing industry. In 1992, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Property Management from Virginia Tech. For more than 20 years, Chase has served as Founder and Principal of Landmark Property Services, Inc., managing more than 4,000 units across the Mid-Atlantic and leading in industry analytics and property management services.

Over the years, Chase has demonstrated his commitment to servant leadership across NAA. Most recently, Chase served as Co-Chair of the 2023 Apartmentalize Committee that assembled a conference and exposition with more than 12,000 attendees from across the country.
