Alexandra ‘Alex’ Jackiw is the Chief Operating Officer, and in that capacity, she manages and oversees all corporate and property operations. Additionally, she is part of the leadership team which is responsible for the long-term growth and strategic direction of the company. Prior to HGPS, Alex worked at an executive leadership level for several privately-held regional companies as well as large publicly traded investment management firms. She has experience managing LIHTC and HUD-regulated properties, purpose-built student housing, conventional market-rate properties, full-service retirement communities, and nursing homes.

Her experience includes all aspects of property and asset management, marketing, training, consulting, troubled property turnarounds, and new business development. Active in professional organizations, Alex served as Chairman of the Board of the National Apartment Association (NAA) in 2013 and President of the NAA Education Institute in 2008/2009. She is Past Chair of the Residential Property Management Advisory Board at Virginia Tech and the Past President of the Ball State University Residential Property Management Advisory Board.

Jackie Rhone is an Executive Director and leads the company's Active Adult (55+) platform as well as the US Resource Centers, which offers centralized services to owned and third-party communities. Greystar currently has two Resource Centers located in Dallas and Memphis.

During her 22+ years at Greystar, Jackie has held many operational leadership positions within the Property Management business, including leading the Property Management Operations Committee within Greystar that drives operational excellence throughout the company. She is a previous recipient of the Houston Apartment Association Industry Achievement Award for both the Property Supervisor of the Year as well as the Owner/Management Executive of the Year and a two-time winner of the prestigious Frank P. Finch Presidential award from the Texas Apartment Association. Jackie is an Executive Committee and Board Member of the Texas Apartment Association and serves as a past President and Board Member of the Houston Apartment Association. She currently serves the National Apartment Association as a Region VI Vice-President.

Jackie holds both the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation from the National Apartment Association. She also carries the AMO designation for Greystar.

As the Vice President of Acquisitions, Ari leads CRC’s multifamily acquisitions team through the sourcing, evaluating, and closing of acquisitions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the US.  Currently, Ari is investing on behalf of the Core Multifamily Fund, LP, an open-ended fund, and Fund V, a value-add closed-ended fund.  Prior to joining CRC, Ari worked at Alex Brown Realty as an Acquisitions Officer with a focus on joint venture investments throughout the Southeast.  In addition, Ari held investment banking and real estate development positions for Stifel Nicolaus, Townsend Capital, and Legg Mason.

Ashley Casaday is the Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Ashley serves on both the Executive Team and the Investment Committee. Ashley oversees and leads the capitalization and financing efforts for all new developments across the company’s platform, and initiates and maintains relationships with capital partners, investors, and lenders.  She also oversees all dispositions and recapitalizations for new developments and works closely with the firm’s strategic partners, brokers, and consultants to ensure the successful sale of those projects. In 2021, Ashley led the capitalization of over $1.0 billion in new developments across the Sunbelt and Mountain West. She has overseen the successful disposition of over $3.3 billion in multifamily assets, spanning multiple states and submarkets in her time with RangeWater. She has also been instrumental in developing and building the fast-growing Storia brand, the firm’s build-to-rent single-family rental division deploying nearly a billion dollars for development.

Brendan Coleman, Senior Managing Director and head of Walker & Dunlop’s Washington D.C. based Debt and Structured Finance Group, is responsible for new loan origination and specializes in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily products, while also developing other lending relationships for the company’s Mid-Atlantic office. Mr. Coleman’s leadership and expertise also forms a key element in the combined go-to-market structure for Walker & Dunlop’s lending and investment sales teams in the Nation’s Capital region.

Since joining Walker & Dunlop Multifamily Finance production group in 2007, Mr. Coleman’s team has originated more than 700 transactions totaling over $10 billion dollars’ in financing. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Coleman served as a sales director with GMAC-RFC, a compliance underwriter at GE Capital Mortgage, and an account executive at Genworth Financial.

Matt Henney is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management and leads acquisitions throughout the Southeast. Matt is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and presenting new investment opportunities to Greystar's Investment Committee. In addition to sourcing, Matt oversees diligence and closing for all acquisitions and runs dispositions for investment assets in the Southeast.

Before joining Greystar in 2014, Matt was an Associate at Lancaster Pollard, a boutique investment and mortgage banking firm located in Columbus, Ohio. Matt is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, where he serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. 

Matt received his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and earned his bachelor's in Chemistry from Miami University of Ohio.

Lisa and her team analyze markets, asset classes, and trends to acquire and invest in opportunistic real estate, structure and raise private equity capital and accretive debt, manage investment performance, debt, and investor relations for all assets under management, and oversee dispositions activity within RADCO’s diverse multifamily, JV equity, and hospitality portfolio.

Jorge Rosa serves as Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and is responsible for business development and investment sales of existing multifamily assets and development opportunities throughout the Washington Metro Area.

Mr. Rosa recently joined the firm in 2012 from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he served as Vice President with the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group. In addition, he also served as a Development Associate at Fairfield Residential, where he worked on land acquisition for the construction of luxury apartment communities. To date, Mr. Rosa has participated in the acquisition / disposition of over $3.4 billion and 24,000 units in multifamily and development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
