New users 

Get started in just a few minutes by registering, then follow the tutorials to get your data submitted. We’ll show you how to set up your account, add your property information and submit your income/expense data. 

After submissions close on July 28, Lobby CRE’s team of data experts prepare benchmarking data that will be available later this year. Data submitters will receive a token on their accounts for complimentary 2024 benchmark report which includes apartment income/expense data for all markets. 

Your data is always anonymous, and you’ll always have access to it.

Existing users  

Eliminate submitting your data every year with our convenient automated solution. A Lobby CRE specialist can automate your data submission for each property, so you won’t miss the deadline, completely free of charge. We have a direct connection to bring in the necessary reporting from the PMS automatically. High-volume submissions 

Organizations submitting data on 20 or more buildings will receive onboarding support for the new system by connecting you with the Lobby CRE Team. Please contact us directly at: [email protected]. Our partners at Lobby CRE will then reach out to you directly to initiate your onboarding. 

Will everyone be able to see my data once benchmarks become available? 

No, data included in the benchmarking analysis later in the year will NOT indicate where it came from and Lobby CRE’s platform is fully encrypted so your data is safe and anonymous. 

What should I do if I’m an IREM member who has already submitted my 2024 data? 

You are all set. You do not need to submit your data again.  

When will the benchmarking data become available? 

You will receive an email from us once the benchmarking data becomes available. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, just in case. 

How do I purchase benchmarks? 

To purchase benchmarks, set up your account. The platform will then guide you through accessing and utilizing the benchmarks.
