About 20 in their Twenties
From 2019-2024, the National Apartment Association's 20 in their Twenties celebrated the best and brightest rental housing professionals that were 29 years or younger at our largest annual event, Apartmentalize. 120 individuals were recognized throughout the program’s duration with the final 20 in their Twenties cohort recognized at Apartmentalize in 2024.
In June 2024, NAA announced the rebrand of the 20 in their Twenties program to 20 on the Rise, scheduled to launch in 2025. This new program will recognize the next generation of rental housing leaders not by age but by years in the industry, specifically 10 years or fewer. If you’re a standout professional in the rental housing industry with a decade or less of experience, we’re looking for you.
