NAA has decided to pause our annual leadership conference, Cultivate, in 2025. After careful consideration, extensive discussions and in-depth review, the team determined that this pause will allow a deeper focus on enhancing the event to better serve our members and deliver an exceptional attendee experience.  

With the positive feedback NAA has received thus far, we know that we can make this a more strongly focused event for fostering leadership development and networking for the next generation of leaders. NAA remains committed to investing time and resources to develop a premier experience for our industry's leaders.  

Updates on future plans for 2026 and beyond will be shared as they become available.
