To order the toolkits:

On the Online Store page, be sure you are logged into your NAA account.

Click the radial button on the left column for “NAA Emotional Support Animal and Accessibility Toolkits.”

Select which product you would like to purchase by clicking on “Details.” Product options include the Emotional Support Animal Toolkit, the Accessible Design and Construction Toolkit, or the Toolkit Bundle which includes both eBooks.

On the Product Details page, enter the quantity of books and the email address(es) of the recipient(s). The quantity of books must exactly match the number of unique email addresses.

Click “Add to Cart” and complete the transaction with a credit card.
Accessing the toolkits:

Within 3-4 hours of purchase, you will receive an email notifying you that the materials are ready. The email will provide a link for access along with your username and password.
When you purchase the toolkit(s), you have the ability to print a copy. The download function is disabled to limit sharing.
