How do I purchase benchmarks? 

To purchase benchmarks, set up your account. The platform will then guide you through accessing and utilizing the benchmarks. 

Want to see more information on accessing benchmarks and creating dashboards? Log into the platform for helpful tutorials. 

What should I do if I’m an IREM member who has already submitted my 2023 data? 

You are all set. You do not need to submit your data again.  

When will the benchmarking data become available? 

The benchmarking data is now available. Check your spam or junk folder for the email announcement, just in case. 

Will everyone be able to see my data once benchmarks become available? 

No, data included in the benchmarking analysis later in the year will NOT indicate where it came from and Lobby CRE’s platform is fully encrypted so your data is safe and anonymous. 

As an existing I/E IQ Member, you’ve made the wonderful choice to utilize the platform to optimize your bottom line. If you’ve submitted your 2023 financial data, then you’ll receive a token applied to your account to receive your complimentary benchmarks.
