Kendra Butterfield
Kendra Butterfield, CAPS, CAM, CALP, ARM, Vice President of Elevation Real Estate and Management based in Arkansas, brings over 21 years of experience in overall operations of rental housing, including single-family and commercial real estate property management and development. Previously, she worked for Specialized Real Estate Group, Brookhaven Apartments and Triangle Communities. Kendra is a graduate of Everest University-South Orlando, serves as Chair of NAA’s Mental Health Subcommittee and is a Certified Mental Health First Aid instructor.
Dana Duckworth
Dana Duckworth is a nationally recognized public speaker, consultant, host, and founder of Speak Up Dana. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and serves as the Senior DEI and Culture Champion at Zumper. With over 12 years of experience in the rental housing industry, Dana has held multiple roles ranging from sales and supplier to property manager. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University and professional certifications from NAAEI, USF, and others. A graduate of the NAA 2021 DLP program, Dana is actively involved in industry committees, serving on the 2023 NAA RPM Careers & Apatmentalize Committees.
Ishea Shepherd
Ishea Shepherd, Assistant Vice President at Delancey Group Inc., is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Well Being. She also possesses a NAAEI CAM certification and was a recent graduate of the NAA Diversity Leadership Program, where she dedicated herself to developing spaces for authenticity and inclusivity in the rental housing industry. Ishea is a member of NAAEI Faculty, facilitating CAM and CAMT courses. She also serves on the NAA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and is Vice Chair of the Residential Property Management (RPM) Careers Subcommittee. Ishea holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies from Temple University.
