The latest Maintenance Legends are here: March Leaderboard winner Peter Falcon of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and Dominium; and March Pannel winners Santos Berrospez from the Houston Apartment Association and American Landmark; and Christopher Mayer from the Triangle Apartment Association and Greystar. These legendary individuals each won their respective prize package that included a variety of top-rated appliances and products. 

Monthly winners will also receive a paid trip with airfare and lodging to Apartmentalize in Philadelphia, where one monthly winner will be announced the grand prize winner and will drive away in a brand-new pickup truck. Also, 25 additional winners will be selected to receive educational grants for access to free trainings and certifications including CAMT, CPO, EPA and more.
