The latest Maintenance Legends are here: April Leaderboard winner Will Gongora of the Rental Housing Association of Utah and Redstone Residential; and April Panel winners Fred Wittmann from the North Dakota Apartment Association and Property Resources Group; and Rusty Koffinas from the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association and Cardinal Group Management. These legendary individuals each won their respective prize package that included the choice between an assortment of sponsored products or gift cards and swag totaling $5,000. 

Monthly winners received a paid trip with airfare and lodging to Apartmentalize in Philadelphia where one monthly winner was announced as the grand prize winner and drove away in a brand-new pickup truck. There were 25 additional winners also selected to receive educational grants for access to free trainings and certifications including CAMT, CPO, EPA and more.
