Alex Fortune, Director of Talent Acquisition for RangeWater Real Estate, helps oversee the recruiting efforts for all divisions to support company growth. With eight years of on-site experience and 11 years with RangeWater, starting as a Leasing Consultant to becoming a Community Manager and managing four RangeWater Lease-Ups in Charlotte, NC, she has firsthand experience building teams from the on-site level to the Recruiter role. Alex also serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Board for Entryway in Charlotte, NC.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.

Jen Piccotti, President of Swift Bunny, brings two decades of experience in research, analysis and customer/employee/resident satisfaction to her role. She uses data to help her clients understand themselves and their audiences by deciphering their data narrative. Having worked for Shea Properties and ApartmentRatings.com, Jen has a 360-degree view of rental housing, analyzing feedback from both residents and employees. She’s presented at Apartmentalize, Optech, the Multifamily Social Media Summit and the United Kingdom Apartment Association Build-to-rent Fayre. Jen holds a BBA in Production/Operation Management from Boise State University and a MS in Quality Assurance from California State University – Dominguez Hills.

She holds a BBA from Valdosta State University and a MBA from Shorter University.
