Residents of The Julien, a new apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina, are being offered a unique move-in gift: their choice of craft beers delivered to their doorsteps.
Levine Properties, owner of the 105-unit apartment community, has partnered with Charlotte-based BrewPublik to provide residents with a free one-month membership to the beer delivery service. BrewPublik members choose from more than 3,500 beers, which are then delivered to their homes or offices once a month.
The Julien opened in May and is 93 percent occupied.
Residents who don’t want the free BrewPublik membership, or aren’t of age, can transfer it to someone else or trade it in for a grocery store gift card.
This is BrewPublik’s first partnership in the multifamily space. “Apartment communities provide BrewPublik with the opportunity to reach a large number of potential customers, all under one roof,” says Jill Koskosky, chief marketing officer at BrewPublik, in a statement and reported in Charlotte Business Journal.
On the topic of multifamily and beer, make plans to attend Manjit Minhas’ Game Changer session at the NAA Education Conference & Exposition, scheduled for June-21-24, 2017, in Atlanta. Minhas runs a $155 million brewery—the 10th largest worldwide—that she helped build from scratch. Her unprecedented success demolished stereotypes, surprised her competitors, and cleared a path for entrepreneurs of every age and gender.
