Payment Plan Agreement

With the exception of the following states: Kansas, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, and Canadian provinces, the general template below has been reviewed and approved by NAA's local counsel for use in all other states. Where we have provided a state-specific form, NAA's local counsel has reviewed and approved the use of the state-specific form.  In either event, we recommend you and your local legal counsel review all new and/or updated forms before implementing them into your leasing operations.

Note: NAA's local counsel has not approved any version of this form for use in the District of Columbia, Montana and the Canadian province of Alberta.

  • Oregon – Use of the General Template above is approved.  However, there is a patchwork of local emergency regulations that are evolving on a daily basis.  The National Apartment Association and Warren Allen, LLP (local counsel for NAA) strongly recommend that you consult with your local counsel regarding whether or how to use this form in a manner that complies with emergency regulations.
  • Connecticut – the National Apartment Association and Landlord Law Firm (local counsel for NAA) strongly recommend that you consult with your local counsel regarding whether or how to use this form in a manner that complies with local regulations.
