NAAEI requires a Credential Enrollment Form for every student entering a credential course program. Completing this form is the first critical step in the process. You will need your User ID and Password throughout the credential process including taking exams.
Please note that your local apartment association will be sent confirmation of your enrollment automatically. Do not fill out the enrollment form until you have registered for classes with your local apartment association. Click here to find an affiliate near you. Online students do not need to register with the local apartment association and can proceed directly to enrollment.
Enrollment is a 2-step process:
Step 1: If you have never obtained a User ID and Password before, you must Create an Account.
Go to the NAA homepage.
Click on "My Account" located at the top of the page.
Enter your credentials and click on "Sign In" if you have an NAA account. If not, select "Forgot Password or create an account?"
- Select "Create an Account"
After you created an account, you will receive a confirmation via email only and please make note of your NAA ID. You must have a valid email account and have access to it.
Step 2: Once you have received your User ID and Password, go to Your Account Page and choose "Enroll in Program" to being the Credential Enrollment process. If you are a candidate for online credentials, be sure to select " Online" as the course sponsor on the enrollment form.
