Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor
Credential Program Synopsis
Beginning September 1, 2024, the CAPS Version 2 (V2) program is available for all in-person CAPS classes only. Candidates taking CAPS Online courses will complete the CAPS Version 1 (V1) coursework on Visto (the current version on Visto). The online version of CAPS V2 will be available in 2025.

Students who purchase CAPS Online beginning September 1, 2024, may obtain an updated version of the online course when it is available and after they have completed testing by contacting [email protected].
