J.H.W. Enterprises Celebrates Anniversary with Community Day Service Project

J.H.W. Enterprises Property Management, Inc. celebrated its fifth anniversary in style and by giving back to Charleston, S.C., community. To celebrate five years of innovation and success, the company held a Community Day service project and a Harlem Jazz Night Gala in late March.

Charleston resident and now J.H.W. Enterprises CEO Jaymes H.W. McCloud founded the company in 2018. Since then, the company has grown to 500 doors managed in South Carolina, Maryland and Texas.

“Understanding the severity of the housing crisis that exists in this region that I call HOME, I’m especially proud that J.H.W. has been able to innovatively serve our partners and especially our residents with solutions where everybody wins,” said McCloud in a release. As we continue to endeavor towards greater solutions for attainable housing, we celebrate our efforts and the five years of commitment that have allowed us to continue to expand.”

Community Day, including free food and street cleanup, took place in the Chicora neighborhood on Thursday, March 30. J.H.W. Cares partnered with the North Charleston Police Department R.E.C.A.P. and City Council candidate Aaron Hicks.

Friday, March 31 featured a cocktail reception, dinner and entertainment at the Harlem Jazz Night at the Charleston Visitor’s Center. The 2023 J.H.W. Enterprises Awards were also handed out to recognize the dedication and contributions made by seven individuals resulting in the company’s success.
