The real estate services firm adds multifamily property management to group of businesses, names new group leader.
JLL has entered the multifamily property management space. The company made the announcement Sept. 21 that it expanded its Property Management business to include the Multifamily Property Management group.
“Our multifamily management experts, supported by JLL’s Property Management platform, will provide clients unfettered access to industry expert services, resources and attention needed to ensure best-in-class service and property performance,” said Lela Cirjakovic, Managing Director of the Multifamily Property Management group, in the release. “I spent the majority of my career on the ownership side, and I will continue to bring that owner mindset to every community we serve.”
Prior to joining JLL, Cirjakovic was the Executive Vice President of Operations at Waterton, where she oversaw the company’s multifamily portfolio as well as resident experience, among other items. She was at CAMCO, Inc. for 12 years before joining Waterton.
“We are thrilled to have Lela lead the new Multifamily Property Management group with JLL,” said Mark Zettl, President of JLL Property Management, in the announcement. JLL has offered services for office, industrial, retail and life sciences properties.
