Nashville is a city on the move, and apartment construction is doing its best to keep up. In 2016 and 2017, more than 2,000 new units will come online in the city every quarter.
That means the competition for prospective residents is fierce. Rent concessions are a common resident-luring tactic, but one Nashville apartment community is appealing to prospective residents in a way true to Nashville’s nickname—Music City.
The Broadstone Germantown booked Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jason Isbell to play on its rooftop Oct. 27 in a bid to boost lease signings.
The developer, Alliance Residential Co., wants to appeal to the city’s music professionals. Building amenities include a soundproof songwriters room and a rooftop set up for live music, which Isbell test-drove with his concert.
