Re-keying a Door Lock

To ensure no one has a key other than the new resident.

  1. Disassemble and/or remove the cylinder
  2. Take out the old pins and throw them away
  3. Using key gauge, determine proper pins to insert
  4. Put in new pins and reassemble the lock
  5. Make new keys and ensure that they work properly

Tile: Cleaning Grout

  1. Apply spray cleaner
  2. Scrub with a stiff brush
  3. Rinse
  4. Dry
  5. Apply Sealer
