About the Hosts
Jen Piccotti
Jen Piccotti, Chief Learning Officer for Swift Bunny, has spent the last two decades listening to, learning from and finding solutions for residential property management executives, employees and residents. Having joined the property management industry in 2000, her research connects the dots between data, performance and progress. From NAA’s Apartmentalize, National Multi Housing Council Optech, Apartment Internet Marketing Conference, Multifamily Social Media Summit, Canada’s Landlord WebCon and the UKAA Build to Rent Faire, Jen has been a frequent presenter in rental housing. She holds a MS in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Camron Shelton
Camron Shelton, Regional Director of Operation at Centerspace, has 25 years of leadership in financials, insurance and real estate alongside his advocacy of volunteerism. He enthusiastically sits on numerous subcommittees at NAA such as DE&I, Apartmentalize, Operations and Mental Health. As a NAA Diversity Leadership Program Class of 2020 Graduate, Camron continues the work as Twin Cities Diversity Inclusion Council Member and Centerspace’s DE&I Steering Committee Co-Chair. In addition to receiving education from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business, Camron has contributed to worthy causes as a former 11-year Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign of Washington DC and LGBTQAI+ Advisor to the US Congress and State of California.
