The latest Maintenance Legends are here: November Leaderboard winner Doug Schlimmer of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association and KMG Prestige; and December Leaderboard winner Adrian Gimenez from the Nevada State Apartment Association and Cushman & Wakefield. Panel winners for November were Arlando Alston from the Virginia Apartment Management Association and the Franklin Johnston Group; and Roger Blevins of the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association and the Hayman Company. Davydd Martin from the Apartment Association of Kansas City and Willow Bridge Property Company and Harry Ruiz of the Bay Area Apartment Association and RangeWater were December’s panel winners. These legendary individuals each won their respective prize package that included travel-inspired gift cards.  

Future monthly prize packages include high-value gift cards, travel vouchers, appliances and more. Monthly winners will also receive a paid trip with airfare and lodging to Apartmentalize in Philadelphia where one monthly winner will be announced the grand prize winner and will drive away in a brand-new pickup truck. Also in June, 25 additional winners will be selected to receive educational grants for access to free trainings and certifications including CAMT, CPO, EPA and more.
