Lisa Taylor, CPM, CAM and CAPS

Lisa Taylor, Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s US Client Services, brings decades of rental housing and regional property management experience to her role. Her background incorporates property operations, build to rent and strategic positioning for assets including new construction, lease-up, acquisition, renovation and repositioning of stressed assets. In addition to being a speaker, Lisa serves on the Executive Board as President of the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and served on the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board of Directors. She’s been inducted in the AANC’s Hall of Fame and serves on the NAA’s Board as an RVP (Region IV).

Dustin Engelken

Dustin Engelken, VP of Government Affairs (GA) at AMH, brings over a decade of public and private sector experience to his role. He helps manage government risk and relationships for AMH, nationwide. Dustin’s resume includes GA Director at Triangle Apartment Association as their advocacy leader in Raleigh and District Manager in the Bronx, working with elected officials on the NYC Council. He has provided strategic advice, public relations assistance and lobbying services to his clients in the non-profit, manufacturing and education fields. Dustin holds a B.A. in International/Global Studies; Religious Studies from Manhattan College.

Brent Landry

Brent Landry, EVP - Development at AMH, has 24 years of homebuilding and development experience to his role. He helps manage the development of single-family homes for AMH communities, nationwide. Brent’s resume includes Division President, VPO for PulteGroup; Boehringer Ingelheim, USA and Fournier Pharm SA, Canada. He has led his internal team to invest over $4 billion in creating 150+ new communities and constructing 10,000+ new homes across 16 US markets. Brent holds a B.S. in Operations Management & Information Systems with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.

Tiana Heath, CAPS

Tiana Heath, CAPS, Senior Manager - Industry Relations at NAA, brings 16 years of rental housing experience to her role. She helps NAA develop and deliver effective training programs for new and existing industry team members. Tiana lends her expertise to NAAEI as a content creator, providing a firsthand, industry perspective to the organization, especially as a staff liaison to the Operations Committee. She is a NALP, CAPS, Lyceum and LEAD recipient from NAA and the Apartment Association of Kansas City. Tiana holds an associate’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Colorado Technical University.
