About the Host: Ronald Harrington, CAM, CALP
Ronald Harrington, Training Manager for 29th Street Communities, with 12 years of experience in the hospitality, sales, food services and rental housing industries, specializes in training, education and development. He also hosts the podcast Rooms with Ronald for the Multifamily Media Network focusing on leasing and marketing strategies. Ronald is a 2024 NAA Excellence Award – Emerging Leader of the Year Finalist and currently serves as Vice Chair of NAA’s Next Gen Committee. He holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Food Management and an M.A in Residential Property Management both from Ball State University.
About the Host: Gen Bauer
Gen Bauer, Chief Operating Officer for MAXX Properties, leads all IT, Marketing, Operations and Facilities and has over 20 years of rental housing experience. She is responsible for driving operating activities that maximize value and cash flow. Gen is well versed in strategic property management operations focused on military, student and conventional housing communities. Her customer service skills elevate resident life, increase retention and boost financial performance. Gen holds an M.P.S. in Leadership and Organizations from the University of Denver.
