BH Management Services is now under the umbrella of Pretium. The announcement of the completed transaction was made on May 1.
"By joining forces with the Pretium team, BH will be able to further invest in our proprietary technology platforms, advancing our revenue management and data visualization systems, and expanding our operating footprint," says Joanna Zabriskie, BH President & CEO.
The move places 210,000 homes under management with 7,200 employees and gives Pretium investments in single-family, multifamily, student housing, affordable housing and build-to-rent. BH will keep its headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.
