Maintenance Legends celebrates maintenance professionals featuring stories that make them legendary! Three winners will be selected each month for their tales of going above and beyond for their rental housing communities. At the end of this season, one Maintenance Legend will drive away with an amazing grand prize.

Diversity Leadership Program provides individuals of diverse backgrounds an opportunity to develop as rental housing leaders through mentorship, education, personalized assessments and collaboration.

Leadership Lyceum provides individuals the opportunity to develop as inspired, empowered and informed volunteer leaders in rental housing. This collaborative, in-person, year-long program brings together professionals across the country to exchange knowledge and experiences.

Scholarship Track
The Alexandra Jackiw Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Scholarship, established by Past NAA Chair Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM®, aims to provide professional development opportunities for members of racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ groups, people/persons with disabilities and veterans/active members of the military.
