Sara Regester, Registered Nurse, Stress Mastery Expert and Duke-trained Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, is the founder of Directions 4 Wellness, an international health and lifestyle-consulting practice. Sara is part of a specialized team bringing Whole Health Coaching to the Veterans Health Administration nationally through the Office of Patient Centered Care and Cultural Transformation. With three decades of experience as an RN, 27 years of them at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, Sara has studied the direct correlation between her patients’ emotional well-being and their physical afflictions, as well as her own.
