About the Host
Marci French, Vice President of Operations, HRG Management Services
Marci French is the Vice President of Operations with HRG Management Services and a member of the NAAEI Senior Faculty. With over 25 years of multifamily experience, she builds, leads, and coaches high performing teams.
With a unique combination of skills, French possesses extensive portfolio experience including urban and suburban living, LIHTC, new development and lease-up, renovations and repositioning, as well as student housing. Her drive has garnered her several industry awards across the nation.
French has earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the National Apartment Association (NAA). She also enjoys giving back to the local associations, instructing industry designations, leadership, and Diversity and Inclusion courses. French graduated from the NAA Leadership Lyceum in 2015. She currently serves as a member of the NAAEI Curriculum Development Committee and Vice Chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
