Charlotte Flores, Vice President of Human Resources, BH Management

Charlotte Flores joined BH Management in 2014 as Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources.  She brings more than 15 years of human resources experience focused on human resources strategy and change management within the multifamily, construction and engineering industries.  Flores holds a BS degree in Business and Human Resources Management and has her SHRM-CP.  

Israel Carunungan, Senior Director of U.S. Property Marketing, Greystar

Israel Carunungan (CA-RA-NAN-GAN) is the Senior Director of National Marketing for Greystar, the country’s largest property management company.  He is responsible for national marketing initiatives and vendor relations and is a founding member of Greystar’s Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion working group, representing a workforce of 20,000+ team members.

Carunungan is an award-winning marketing professional with over 20 years of marketing, media, and advertising experience.  He is an original member of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Diversity and Inclusion Task Force and Committee and currently serves in NAA’s Marketing & Communications and NAA Gives committees.  Carunungan is also active in the Advisory Board for Apartment List’s SPARK conference and a regular speaker and moderator at several multifamily conferences, including NAA, NMHC, and Yardi Marketing Forum.

Steven Fretwell, Vice President of Learning & Leadership, Bozzuto

With over 25 years of experience in the residential and hotel industries, Steven Fretwell currently serves as Vice President at Bozzuto.  He leads the strategic direction of programs and processes for the talent development function, focusing on organizational and operational effectiveness beyond the learning environment.  In addition, Fretwell is responsible for residential services programs and initiatives, customer survey programs, and efforts supporting change management and organizational culture through employee recognition and awards events.  He has been a longtime champion of diversity,  inclusion, and belonging efforts through education and organizational initiatives.  Fretwell has a degree in Human Ecology and Hospitality Management from the University of Tennessee.

 

Dana Duckworth, Diversity Specialist, Zumper

With over 11 years of multifamily experience in roles from property manager to supplier partner, Dana Duckworth’s passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion helped her carve out a new role.  As a Diversity specialist for Zumper, Duckworth leads projects including internships for underrepresented minorities, non-profit partnerships, and diversity training for all employees.  She is a founding board member of Black Lives Matter @Zumper Employee Resource Group (ERG) and works in support of the Women, LGBTQIA+, and Asian American Pacific Islander ERGs.  As a member of the 2021 NAA Diversity Leadership Program, Duckworth is committed to cultivating inclusive spaces.
