Aaron Victorson, Senior VP of Sales & Revenue at The Guarantors, brings 13 years of experience in marketing, sales and growth in the rental housing industry. He is focused on making the industry more accessible and affordable, while safeguarding and promoting the interests of property owners and operators. At Bozzuto, Victorson got a firsthand account of the difficulties facing prospective renters and leasing officers when it comes to obtaining quality residents. He holds a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, Digital Humanities and Online Publishing from George Washington University. 

Panelist: Jarrod Whitaker

Jarrod Whitaker, also known as "The Real Estate Godfather of Harlem," is a real estate executive and author who oversees a $5.4 billion portfolio of residential apartment communities across five states. His expertise includes multifamily operations and sharing his knowledge to empower others in achieving success. Jarrod is also a mentor at the Boys and Girls Club of Harlem, dedicated to inspiring and educating the next generation. His remarkable accomplishments and commitment to giving back make him a respected figure in the real estate industry.

Panelist 2: Jay Rawls

Jay Rawls, Sr. Director of Operations & Technology for Northwood Ravin (NWR) in Charlotte, a leading multifamily development, construction and management firm, brings 14 years of experience to his role. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing software systems, processes, policies and training programs across the NWR portfolio. Jay also currently serves as Vice President of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board of Directors. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. 

Panelist 3: Angel Guzman

Angel Guzman, Managing Director at The Corcoran Group, works in real estate in NYC with over 20 years of experience, specializing in new development leasing. He has overseen the leasing of over 13,000 residential units and expects continued growth in 2024. Angel manages 45+ agents working with top developers like Spitzer Enterprises and Halpern Ventures. His expertise includes market analysis, strategic planning and team training. Angel is on the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), contributes to industry panels and has been featured in Real Estate Weekly and Forbes. He holds a Business Administration degree from Saint Michael’s College.

Renee McIntyre, the Vice President of Marketing at Scully Company, is responsible for crafting and executing real estate sales and marketing strategies. She aligns her work with the company's mission, oversees portfolio occupancy and develops revenue-maximizing strategies. Renee embodies the principle, "How you do anything is how you do everything," which is evident in her professional dedication and personal pursuits. She holds a master's degree in Marketing and certifications in digital marketing and training facilitation.
