As the Great Resignation continues, companies are driven to review salary and compensation packages for professionals in the rental housing industry. CEL & Associates, Inc. breaks down the median base salary, 75th percentile base salary and employee bonuses as a percent of salary. The survey from CEL & Associates covers more than 145,000 incumbents from over 340 companies.

The 50th percentile is the value that is the midpoint of the range of values re-ported for that variable (also referred to as the median).

The 75th percentile is the value that is the breakpoint where 75% of the values reported for that variable are lower.

Actual bonus is represented by the average annual incentive award earned (reported) for goals achieved in 2020.
