Crystal Dukes, CAM
Crystal Dukes, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Director of Education & Training for RealSource Properties, has 18 years of experience in the rental housing industry. She has worked her way up the property management and leasing ranks for Cottonwood Residential and American Campus Communities. Crystal graduated from NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program, served on NAA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and mentored NAA’s 20 in Their Twenties program. Crystal attended the University of South Carolina for General Design and Visual Communications.
Monica Frazier
Monica Frazier, General Manager for Midwood Investment & Development, has 13 years in rental housing and property management from Village Green and the Department of Housing and Residence Life Office at Saint Louis University. She graduated NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program, and earned her Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida. She also served on committees for both NAA and the Pennsylvania Apartment Association. Monica holds a B.B.A. in Management and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Saint Louis University.
