Todd Hignite, Vice President of Hearth Management, LLC has 30 years of experience in the rental housing industry with experience encompassing new construction, acquisitions and re-positioning communities through renovation programs. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, where he advocates and participates in various committees, notably chairing their Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. He is a member of the NAAEI Faculty and served the past three years on the NAA DE&I Committee. Todd holds an associate degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Monica Frazier 

Monica Frazier, General Manager at Midwood Investment & Development, brings her 11 years of experience in residential and commercial management across multiple states. She also founded the affinity group, Melanin In Multifamily to foster community and empower Black Women professionals in rental housing. Monica was recognized as an NAA Excellence Award Nominee for 3 consecutive years, graduated from the NAA 2023 Leadership Lyceum, chairs the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of her state apartment association and won NAA’s IDEI Grant. She holds a B.B.A in Management and a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Saint Louis University.
