DEI Week 2024 - Unfiltered: Executive Caregiving & the Work/Life Balance

Who should attend: Rental housing professionals, Leaders, Caregivers & Parents

Why it’s important: Caregivers drip with leadership skills from delegating tasks to assessing and leveraging resources, but it’s difficult to build the ride while you’re on the rollercoaster. They’re often faced with challenges outside the workplace that can have an impact on the professional environment. But with more flexible and inclusive policies, executive caregivers can be the best people on your team.

What you’ll get out of it:

  • Understanding the impact of DE&I on fostering belonging in the workplace.

  • Firsthand accounts of how leaders troubleshoot their work/life balance.

  • Strategies to help you find a work/life balance.
